Tariffs:

Earlier this month, the reciprocal tariffs that were imposed reversed course and were temporarily paused for 90 days on most countries. As per President Trump, those countries will still see a 10% baseline reciprocal tariff, but not the planned additional increases that were originally imposed.

Additionally, some goods are exempt from these reciprocal tariffs, the White House states. There’s a variety of them so make sure you talk to your provider (or reach out to us) to see if your products qualify.

It’s worth noting that the 25% tariffs on automobiles, auto parts (went into effect April 2nd), as well as steel/aluminum tariffs (went into effect March 12th), are still in place. There are some exemptions, of which include those imported under the USMCA that are deemed compliant.

As we mentioned above, we understand that there’s a lot happening right now with tariffs. If you’d like to have a conversation about it, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
